In our Eighth season Team Mote looks forward to serving you for 2013.
Our ethos is to serve food that is fresh, local and flavoursome. Added to this we are aware of issues such as “food miles” and sustainability of fish stocks.
We are confident that our combination of harbour front location, highly experienced catering team, unique historical building (c1548) & access to world class Cornish ingredients is a recipe for customer satisfaction.
Over years of sourcing the best local suppliers we believe that all our ingredients are some of the very best Cornwall, & indeed anywhere, has to offer.
Our meat is supplied by Brian Etherington, an established Cornish butcher of repute & Williams of Wadebridge.
Our Bread comes from the Chough Bakery established in Padstow harbour.
Our Charcuteries come from Deli Farm Charcuterie, in Delabole 01840 214106 & is available to buy www.delifarmcharcuterie.co.uk
The Majority of our fish comes from John Collins at Dennis Knights Fish Merchant.

Our Port Isaac lobsters and other line caught fish come straight off the local boats in the harbour and into the kitchen.
Our lobster supplier, “Fresh from the sea” recently won the acclaimed prize for ecological & sustainable fishing.
All our vegetables come from West Country fine foods who use Cornish produce when possible.
Our local Cheeses are supplied by Hanson’s fine foods.
